by the Energy Commission. We provide operational solutions and counsels that optimise the energy consumption of
your facility and improve your bottom line, including energy saving, energy efficiency, energy management and system
condition monitoring service using infrared thermography in Malaysia. LESSB also professional engineering solutions
services includes project management, details design engineering, fabrication and troubleshooting of mechanical &
electrical systems, performance monitoring of air pollution control system and condition monitoring service using
infrared thermography.
LESSB was appointed as Authorized Sole Agency to the complete range of Zhengzhou Golden Grain Group Co., Ltd
products in all industries of Malaysia. This authorization includes the promotion, sales and service of the products such
as mechanical handling systems, air pollution control systems and scale & packing systems.

He is a Professional Engineer and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) registered with Board of Engineers
Malaysia (BEM) and Professional Technologist registered with Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT). He is also a
registered and Certified Energy Manager with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) Malaysia. Ir.Ts.Lee holds a
Bachelor Degree (Hons.) in Engineering, Certificate in Energy Management and Certificate in Safety and Health Officer. He
is also a registered corporate member of Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) and Institute of Engineer Malaysia (IEM).
Ir.Ts.Lee Hing Yew is aM&E Engineer and has over 26 years working experience in foundry, hydraulic & pneumatic,
automotive, plastic (PU, Injection & extrusion), feed & flour milling, fiber cement industry and facility & maintenance
management in M& E building services, air compressors, chillers and air conditioning, conveyors, packing machine, plant
energy efficiency and conservation.
He is also trained under UNIDO for Compressed air system optimization, Steam System Optimization, Pump System
Optimization, Fan System Optimization (Basic & Expert Level), Solar Thermal Application (Basic & Expert Level).
Besides that, He is also a competent person certified by DOE under Certified Environmental Professional of Filter Bag
Operation (CePBFO).
Ir.Ts.Lee Hing Yew also is a certified Infrared Thermographer Level 1 & 2 certified by Infraspection Institue USA, NDT
personnel in Thermal / Infared Testing Method in accordance with the American Society for Nondestrcutive Testing
Document, SNT-TC-1A.
Energy Management, Consulting, System Optimization & Energy Audit Services
Luxor Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. (LESSB) has been certified as an Energy Service Company (ESCO) by Energy
Commission of Malaysia to offer operational services that optimise energy consumption of the facility by going through an
energy audit analysis to provide solutions to bring down energy cost for clients - a solution that guarantees saving. Our
approach includes three inter-related aspects of energy management namely energy audit, saving solutions and
monitoring.
An energy audit is carried out to evaluate the energy flow used by going through inspection, survey and analysis. This
evaluation provides a quantitative insight into and understanding of the performance of your energy management system.
It also assesses degrees of compliance to existing and upcoming standards such as Energy Efficient Conservation Act
(EECA), Malaysian Standard MS 1525,MS ISO 50001 and to relevant industry best practices.
Identification of opportunities to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint will then be carried out. Saving solutions
recommendation will depend on available budget.
A monitoring system is critical to ensure successful energy savings for any organisation. Options available include Scada
system, Building Management System and Energy Management System.
Air Pollution Control System & Solutions
Stack Emission monitoring is often referred to the air monitoring of an emission point. Typically, such monitoring is
carried out on boiler stacks, exhausts from printers, discharges from bag filters, thermal oxidisers and is performed on a
regular basis.
The objective for the monitoring is to determine the accurate degree of pollutants present in the air emitted from the
stack. The standard of gas emission sampling is Malaysian Standard MS 1569:2003 while the parameters of testing are
mainly based on the Clean Air Regulation 2014.

Infrared Thermography Inspection Services (M&E)
We are able to conduct infrared electrical inspections in finding hot spots caused by defects in connections and components.
Our infrared thermography report contact summary of findings on areas of excess heat(caused by increased resistance) so
that problems can be corrected before a component fails, causing damage to the component, creating safety hazards and
productivity loss.
IR thermography is a form of nondestructive testing that measures temperature variances of a component as heat (i.e.
thermal radiation) flows through, from, or to that component. IR thermography is also generically known as IR testing, thermal
testing, thermal imaging, and IR thermometry.
Thermal radiation is directly related to changes in temperature. In other words, as a component changes temperature, the
amount of radiation emitted changes. Since this type of radiation is a form of electromagnetic waves that cannot be seen with
the human eye, components have to be analyzed using infrared cameras. Infrared cameras are able to detect and display
emitted, reflected, and transmitted infrared energy from a component. The thermal image can then be analyzed to obtain a
temperature reading for the component.
IR thermography is also capable of detecting corrosion damage, delaminations, voids, inclusions, and other flaws that affect
heat transfer. However, in order to detect these anomalies, there must be sufficient temperature difference between the
component and its surroundings.
